鍋爐采用了大爐膛和對流管束二回程設計，使煙氣在爐膛內停留時間加長，可燃氣體得到充分燃燒，提高了燃燒效率。爐膛與對流管束通過水冷壁分開。高溫煙氣首先在爐膛內與水冷壁進行***換熱，避免了直接高溫煙氣直接沖刷鍋筒，延長了鍋爐的使用壽命；煙氣在經(jīng)后煙箱進入二回程對流管束，進一步散熱；流經(jīng)對流管束后，煙氣離開鍋爐本體，通過連接煙道進入尾部受熱面（節(jié)能器等熱回收裝置），再進入煙囪排入大氣。
